VenueMax Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VenueMax, including our website, applications, software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using VenueMax, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1About VenueMax
VenueMax is a software platform designed to help wedding venues, couples, and event organizers manage guest RSVPs, event communications, and related guest experience tools.
VenueMax provides technology tools that allow authorized users to create events, manage guest information, collect RSVPs, and communicate with event guests through supported communication channels including email, SMS/text messaging, and third-party integrations.
VenueMax is a technology provider and is not a wedding planner, event coordinator, venue operator, invitation service, or party responsible for any event.
2Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account;
- all activity conducted through your account;
- ensuring information entered into VenueMax is accurate;
- ensuring users you invite or authorize have permission to access your account.
You may not create an account using false information or impersonate another person or organization.
3Venue and Event Organizer Responsibilities
VenueMax allows venues, couples, and authorized users to manage event information and communicate with guests.
You are solely responsible for:
- obtaining appropriate permission to collect and use guest information;
- ensuring guest contact information is accurate;
- complying with applicable privacy, communication, and messaging laws;
- ensuring messages sent through VenueMax are appropriate and expected by recipients.
VenueMax does not verify that you have obtained required consent from guests before sending communications.
You agree not to use VenueMax to send unsolicited, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful communications.
4SMS and Text Messaging Terms
VenueMax may provide SMS/text messaging features through third-party messaging providers.
By providing a phone number through VenueMax or opting into text communications, recipients may receive event-related messages such as:
- RSVP reminders;
- wedding schedule updates;
- venue announcements;
- important event information.
Message frequency may vary depending on event activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying: STOP
Recipients may request help by replying: HELP
SMS messages are intended for event-related communications and are not intended for unsolicited marketing messages.
VenueMax may share SMS-related information with service providers necessary to deliver messaging services, including telecommunications providers and infrastructure partners.
5Email and Electronic Communications
By using VenueMax, you agree that VenueMax and authorized event organizers may send electronic communications related to your account, events, RSVPs, and requested services.
Users may receive:
- account notifications;
- RSVP confirmations;
- event updates;
- reminders;
- service-related communications.
VenueMax users are responsible for ensuring communications sent through the platform comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6Third-Party Integrations
VenueMax may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to:
- payment processors;
- email providers;
- SMS providers;
- social media platforms;
- analytics providers;
- cloud hosting providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers.
VenueMax does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, availability, policies, or practices.
7User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or submit through VenueMax, including:
- event details;
- guest information;
- logos;
- images;
- messages;
- other materials.
You grant VenueMax a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and use any content submitted through VenueMax.
8Guest Information and Privacy
VenueMax processes personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to provide guest information to VenueMax.
VenueMax does not sell personal information.

9Payments and Subscriptions
Certain VenueMax features may require payment.
By purchasing a subscription or service:
- you authorize VenueMax to charge applicable fees;
- you agree to provide accurate billing information;
- you agree to pay all applicable charges.
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.
VenueMax may change pricing in the future. Existing subscriptions will be notified of material pricing changes before they take effect.
10Service Availability
VenueMax works to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability;
- error-free operation;
- permanent availability of stored data;
- compatibility with every device or browser.
Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party failures may temporarily affect availability.
11Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use VenueMax for unlawful purposes;
- transmit spam or unsolicited communications;
- attempt to access unauthorized accounts or systems;
- interfere with the security or operation of VenueMax;
- upload malicious code;
- misuse guest information.
VenueMax may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12Intellectual Property
VenueMax and its software, branding, designs, features, and technology are owned by VenueMax or its licensors.
You may not:
- copy or reproduce VenueMax;
- reverse engineer the software;
- resell access to VenueMax without permission;
- use VenueMax branding without authorization.
13Disclaimer
VenueMax provides the Service on an “as available” basis.
VenueMax does not guarantee that:
- guests will respond to invitations;
- guests will attend events;
- event information will always be accurate;
- communications will always be delivered.
VenueMax is not responsible for decisions made by venues, couples, guests, or event organizers.
14Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenueMax will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
VenueMax’s total liability arising from use of the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to VenueMax during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VenueMax and its affiliates from claims arising from:
- your use of the Service;
- your communications with guests;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable laws;
- your submitted content.
16Termination
You may stop using VenueMax at any time.
VenueMax may suspend or terminate access if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your use creates legal or security risks;
- payment obligations are not met.
Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and other provisions that should survive termination will remain effective.
17Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of VenueMax will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not through class action proceedings.
18Changes to These Terms
VenueMax may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, VenueMax may provide notice through the Service or other reasonable methods.
Continued use of VenueMax after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
