When a venue or couple enters guest information into VenueMax, that venue or couple is responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission and legal authority to provide and use that information.

VenueMax processes guest information on behalf of authorized users to provide the Service.

VenueMax does not independently control the relationship between event organizers and their guests.

If you receive a message related to an event, your questions regarding the event or your participation should generally be directed to the venue, couple, or event organizer.

VenueMax may provide SMS messaging features through third-party telecommunications providers.
